A two day weekend course covering manoeuvres at high and low speed in a variety of craft, enabling you to operate a powerboat safely and with confidence. You'll have the chance to try out both diesel and petrol engines as well as a more powerful craft, which is brought in especially for the course. Full safety precautions are observed and participants are responsible for the preparation and storage of the powerboats used to make them fully sufficient.
Perfect for instructors, group leaders or regular assistant wardens who want to take a larger role in running the club.
'Well balanced with good time intervals for the necessary theory held in the classroom and the practical time on the water preventing the course seeming too academic in nature. All instructors, were able to impart their knowledge and experience in an authoritative but inclusive manner interacting well with all course participants, they really seamed to enjoy their teaching even on a weekend. I would recommend your course to any one who is considering learning about power boating.'
