Course Outline
This one-day refresher course is designed for sailors previously completed RYA Stage 1 and Stage 2. The course focuses on revisiting and practising the fundamental skills learned during these stages, helping sailors rebuild confidence and improve consistency on the water.
Participants will reinforce core techniques such as boat handling, sail control, steering, balance, and basic safety awareness in a supportive environment. This course is ideal for those who want to refresh their knowledge, sharpen practical skills, and feel fully prepared before progressing onto the RYA Stage 2 & 3 courses.
