Event Summary
We are pleased to announce our Instructor Training Day, taking place on Saturday 22nd March. This annual event, as required by the RYA, is an excellent opportunity for instructors to refresh their knowledge prior to the start of the new season and receive hands-on practice in powerboating and sailing.
This year we have an RYA Trainer coming in to share some valuable experience planning and running sessions on the water (so remember to bring your sailing kit!). We will also be going over information about how to use the new website and other operational updates, so if you are keen to volunteer at BLYM this year it would be great if you can attend. There will also be information about how you can order some BLYM Instructor Team clothing from our soon to launch online shop!
The day will run from 9:30 to 15:30 - and if free for all instructors. Remember to bring your sailing kit and some lunch!
