Course Summary
Eager to try racing, perhaps a little nervous or anxious? Did you try racing and find the start line intimidating? Then this is the course for you. This training day is all about giving you the confidence to get on the start line and stay with the fleet. We will cover a basic start and upwind strategy, basic understanding of the rules and some tips on how to get your boat moving fast. We will shape the course around your needs so the outline will be flexible. If you can sail a triangular course confidently and have a basic understanding of ‘rules of the road’ and perhaps have tried racing or completed the ‘start racing course’ then sign up and we will help you get into racing.
